A potential employee will act as Junior Brand Manager (Marketing Assistant Supervisor) supporting Cheetos\\Doritos brand development and activations

  • Getting incremental growth in Savory via Driving of main occasions & demand moments 
  • To drive snacks business growth taking full-scope responsibility: development and outlining of Cheetos, Doritos purpose at RU BU
  • Support development 360 communication including TVC and consumer support plan 
  • Joint collaboration with customers (X5, Tander, Lenta) for customized program activation 
  • Prepare product production in close collaboration with plant, commercialization team, R&D & insights
  • Support development of sales and in-store strategy in close collaboration with SBM and cross-functional teams
  • Foil design development for new products
  • Contributing to developing of the Cheetos\\Doritos activations and responsible for it's execution
  • Control of brand P&L / price&promo strategy for dedicated activities
  • Demand planning & control for dedicated activities/sublines
  • Budget control, incl working/non-working split
  • Prepare regular business performance reviews for management team (incl PBR inputs)
  • E-com&AFH acceleration
  • Key events preparation (internal&external)


  • Min. 1 year experience in brand marketing with international FMCG companies
  • Successful experience in brand communication development and deployment
  • Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches, pricing
  • Strong analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Desire to share expertise and develop people (brand assistant is supporting the team)
  • Higher education (marketing, economics is a plus)
  • English – Fluent
