The EMEA HR intern based in Russia will help in performing basic HR work for the daily business, mostly related to HR Administration. This role will give you the opportunity to get to know all HR processes and participate in shaping them.


1. Assist in the preparation of HR documents(e.g. hiring packages). 2. Create and update personal files. 3. Filling of lists and compiling excel data. 4. Assisting in the storage of the documents (e.g. systematization of soft and hard copies of HR documents). 5. Data management for various internal systems to achieve data integrity. 6. Assistance in responding to employees’requests. 7. Help with administrative tasks related to HR projects. 8. Improve employee experience by helping organize activities.

1. Higher education (Business administration, (HR) management, or similar with a focus on Human Resources). 2. Reliable person, able to work in a structured manner, and treat topics entrusted confidentially. 3. Good communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to details. 4. Highly proficient in English. 5. An eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges. 6. Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus. 7. Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment. 8. Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
